We roast our own beans right here in Modesto. Small batches mean we can chase freshness instead of shelf life, and know exactly where every bean comes from and how it's been treated.

Our single-origin lots rotate with the harvest calendar, so you might find a bright Kenyan in spring, a chocolatey natural-process Brazil in summer, and a full-bodied Central American blend come fall.
